OUR SERVICES

DISCIPLES CLINIC of Athens, Texas is a primay care clinic which provides a "Medical Home" for our patients.  We offer out-patient treatment for illness and injuries, health maintenance for chronic conditions, preventive health care, and diagnostic service.

We will assist our patients with social service referrals, spiritual needs, and referrals to specialists as needs arise.
