Our patients are those individuals in need of basic medical and dental care, and who meeting the following criteria:  

* Live in Henderson County,  Texas.
* Work at least 20 hours a week.
* Have no insurance including Medicare or Medicaid.
* Be between the ages of 19 and 64.
* Total household income less than 200% of poverty level.
* Pay a minimal co-pay based upon your income.  

Persons who meet the above criteria and who wish to become a patient at the clinic, may come by the clinic during business hours to complete an application form.
A screening interview will then be scheduled to determine eligibility.
